CAN I TRAVEL WITH MY PET?
Pets are allowed in all our buses only if they are carried in special cages and travel in the baggage compartment. For your safety and comfort pets are not allowed to travel with their owners. This service has no additional cost.

CAN I DESCEND BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE TERMINAL IN MÉXICO?
In our non-stop service to the Federal District, we make complimentary stops for our passengers with no checked-in baggage at the women’s prison and Boulevard Puerto Aéreo; in the Pullman Plus service, we make stops only in Boulevard Puerto Aereo; the Airport Express service makes stops in Mexico City International Airport’s Terminal 1 and 2.

CAN I PARK MY CAR IN A SAFE PLACE WHEN I TRAVEL TO MEXICO OR PUEBLA?
In Puebla’s terminals (CAPU and 4 Poniente) we offer parking lots 24 hours with a preferential rate for our customers: $50.00 for 24 hours or fraction. For your departures from CAPU: Boulevard Camino to Pedrera 3111 (opposite to the point of departure of suburban buses and taxis).
At the airport and TAPO, Central del Norte and Taxqueña terminals, there are safe parking lots at official rates determined by each terminal.

CAN I PAY WITH ANOTHER CURRENCY?
Yes, you can purchase tickets in our ticket offices using American dollars at the current exchange rate. Other foreign currencies are not accepted.
