The SOCIO INTIMO program includes discounts and benefits for frequent travelers. Passengers must register and obtain a card in order to be in the program. To acquire your SOCIO INTIMO card you earn “estrellas” (stars) when you travel and as they accumulate you are entitled to exchange those “estrellas” for additional trips.
The “estrellas” accumulated on your SOCIO INTIMO card are equivalent to 10% of your purchase. For example, if your ticket costs 118 pesos you can accumulate 12 “estrellas” after 10 tickets at the cost of 118 pesos each, you will have 120 “estrellas” which earns you one free ticket of the same value.
In addition, Estrella Roja passengers can obtain additional discounts with their SOCIO INTIMO card with other affiliated businesses such as; restaurants, hotels, car rental agencies, medical laboratories, hair salons, convenient stores, and others.

On all of our buses we allow pets ONLY with the use of special cages and they must travel below in the luggage compartment. For your security and comfort it is not possible for pets to travel with passengers. This service has no additional cost.

Our non-stop service to Mexico City has some courtesy stops for our passengers that do not check-in any baggage. The courtesy stops are: The women’s correctional facility and Puerto Aereo Boulevard. Our Luxury Service has only one courtesy stop at Puerto Aereo Boulevard. Finally, our Airport service has courtesy stops at Terminal 2 and Terminal 1 at the Mexico City International Airport.
