Campaign: Update your personal information!

DEAR SOCIO INTIMO MEMBER YOUR INFORMATION IS VITAL! Therefore, it is very important that it is current.

In accordance with Mexican law that protects your personal information “la Ley Federal de Proteccion de Datos Personales en Posesion de los Particulares” it is requested that all SOCIO INTIMO card holders update their information with Estrella Roja, as soon as possible.

Please note the following changes in the SOCIO INTIMO program:

1. As of Wednesday February 1, 2012 to May 15, 2012 we have begun a campaign to invite all SOCIO INTIMO members to update their personal information.
2. We invite you to update your information upon your next visit to one of our ticket counters or sales locations. Present your SOCIO INTIMO card at any of our locations and we will gladly update your information. Please provide us with a current identification, preferably, IFE, INAPAM, or a passport.
3. As soon as your information has been updated you will receive an email including our most recent terms and agreements at this time you need to approve these terms by clicking on “aceptar” (accept) no later than May 1st, 2012. As soon as this is completed you can continue receiving all of your SOCIO INTIMO benefits.
4. The campaign is for 3 months, however, if during this time you have not updated your personal information you will automatically lose all of the SOCIO INTIMO benefits.
5. The current information that we receive directly from you allows you to receive all of the most current promotions and discounts.
6. The number on your SOCIO INTIMO card, as well as your accumulated “estrellas” (stars) remains the same.
7. All of the terms and conditions posted at www.estrelaroja.com.mx in the SOCIO INTIMO section are current.
