How do we reward your loyalty?

1. Upon receiving your SOCIO INTIMO card sign it and begin accumulating “estrellas” (stars).

2. Each time you travel with Estrella Roja the “estrellas” accumulated on your SOCIO INTIMO card are equivalent to 10% of your purchase. For example, if your ticket costs $118 pesos you can accumulate 12 “estrellas”. If the cost is $194 pesos you can accumulate 20 “estrellas”.

3. This process is valid on one-way and round-trip routes.

How do I earn free trips?

It’s very simple! After you have completed 10 trips you will have accumulated a sufficient amount of “estrellas” (stars) and will have earned a free ticket. For example, if you have accumulated 120 “estrellas” (stars) or more you are eligible for a complimentary ticket having a value of $118.00 pesos. Remember, when you purchased the SOCIO INTIMO card you received 35 complimentary “estrellas” (stars) increasing your accumulated amount!

What other benefits are included in the Socio Intimo card ?

The SOCIO INTIMO card offers additional discounts with affiliated businesses: restaurants, hotels, car rentals, medical laboratorios, hair salons, stores, etc. The services rendered in the affiliated businesses provides discounts, but does not include the accumulation of “estrellas” (stars).

How long are the "Estrellas" (Stars) valid for?

The earned “estrellas” are valid for one year. The expiration date begins one year from the date the SOCIO INTIMO card was registered. After one year the SOCIO INTIMO card is still valid, however, the “estrellas” are no longer registered in your account and are registered as zeros until you begin your ticket purchases once again.
